We have a 28 days policy during which we accept returns/exchanges.

Please download our returns form and include it in the parcel you are sending back to us. The form includes the return address that the goods can be sent back to.

It can take 2-5 days after receiving the goods for the refund or exchange to take place and you will receive a notification when this has happened.

Our warehouse is not currently opened to the public, except on occasional warehouse open days which we publicise on our social media and through our newsletter.

It depends on where you are. UK orders take 1-5 days to arrive once your order is dispatched, depending on the shipping method you chose at check out. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days.

No! Since Brexit we have worked very hard to find a shipping solution which works in favour of our EU customers. We now offer a flat rate shipping to the EU for £25, which includes all taxes, import duties and customs paid, so you don't have any unpleasant surprises! We have worked closely with DHL to enable this, and if for any chance you do end up being charged an additional fee, please contact us at and we will look into this and reimburse you.

Yes! We ship to most countries in the world, for a flat rate of £25. You will see at the check-out if we ship to your country, but chances are that we do! Unfortunately we are unable to ship hazardous and very heavy goods outside of the UK, but we are actively working on a solution to this and should be able to in the next few weeks.
