Shipping policy

We endeavour to ship all stock items as quickly as possible. In-stock orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday are dispatched the same day. Our warehouse team work Monday - Friday 9:00 - 16:30 and all orders are handled, dispatched and shipped within this time frame. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the Monday (excluding bank holidays). 

Please note: We can only reserve stock for 24 hours. If payment for reserved stock has not been made within 24 hours then we will release this stock for sale on our website. 

If items ordered are pre-order or have no stock availability then lead times will be longer as these products require ordering in. We will notify you with a time frame and let you know as soon as your order is shipped.

United Kingdom

Orders for non-hazardous and non-heavy goods with a total value over £75 can be delivered by Standard Delivery Free of Charge.

UK Offshore Islands Delivery (includes postcodes HS, IV, KA27, KA28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, ZE, TR 21-25): We can not deliver hazardous goods to these destinations currently. We are looking for a solution to this. If you do place a hazardous goods order to one of the following postcodes then we will have to refund and cancel your order unfortunately.

Local Pick up at our warehouse

We now offer local pick up at our warehouse. Products showing as in-stock online will usually be ready to collect next day. Please wait for a confirmation in order to pick up your order. 

Our warehouse is open Monday - Friday: 10:00 - 16:00. Please do not attempt to pick up orders outside of these times.

Arthur Beale pays all taxes and customs duties for EU customers as part of our agreements with DHL. If you are charged any additional costs, we will reimburse you.
