Refund policy

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging which you received it in.

To return an item, so long as it is within 28 days of purchase, please print our returns form here, fill it out and include it within the return package. 

You’ll receive a refund within 14 days of returning the item to the same payment method you used. 

Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not recommend using EVRI to send any returns as they keep losing our parcels. Thank you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, drinks, alcohol, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
For exchanges please also use the returns form above and fill in the 'exchange' section, making sure to be clear and concise. Exchange items will be sent once we have received and checked over your returned goods, which can take up to 10 working days. 

 

Refunds & Returns
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive your return for it to be processed. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days, depending on your bank or card provider.

 

Cancellation Rights
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

Refunds will include the cost of the goods and the standard delivery charge (if applicable).
