This genuine DOT® Lift the Dot socket and backing plate is designed for installing Lift the Dot fasteners into marine canvas, covers and upholstery.
The socket is fitted through the fabric and secured using the backing plate, creating a strong attachment point that locks onto Lift the Dot studs.
Lift the Dot fasteners use a directional locking system that only releases when lifted from the side marked "Lift the Dot", helping prevent accidental opening in wind or under tension.
