A warm and traditional Devold original made from 100% pure new Norwegian wool. These sweaters were originally made for the Arctic fishermen and other workers along the harsh Norwegian coast. Today they are popular mid-layers or outerwear perfectly suited to cold weather. In order to achieve a soft and well fitted garment these pullovers are pre-washed.



The Devold® Nansen sweater is a fundamental part of Devold’s history, named after the famous Norwegian explorer, Fridtjof Nansen, who completed the first crossing of Greenland in 1888, dressed in Devold.
