These polished bronze deck plates enable fitting such as sheet leads, pulleys or eye bolts to be removed when in harbour to keep the deck toe stubbing clear. The end of the threaded hole is sealed so water can not leak through the deck. Hundreds of applications for anything that is best stowed away when not in use.
