Commercial Carbine Hook - Zinc Plated

Carbine Hooks are also often referred to as Snap Hooks, Carabiners or Karabiners. I don't suppose there is a right or wrong term, but we are sticking with "Carbine Hooks". A carbine is a gun with a barrel slightly shorter than a riffle.

These economical zinc plated carbines are NOT suitable for exposure to salt water where the stainless steel versions should be chosen.

However if you need 100 carbine hooks to rig up a cloth for an event then these provide an affordable solution.

Do NOT use them for lifting people or heavy weights.
