After an incredible response and hundreds of votes cast across our social media channels, our community has spoken. Your support helped us crown one overall winner and three brilliant runners-up, each capturing Arthur Beale kit out on real adventures, big and small.

From everyday explorations to truly unforgettable journeys, these winning images stood out for their stories, atmosphere, and sense of adventure — and choosing them was entirely down to you.

"I don't think this jumper needs any more reviews, honestly, but it is the most incredible item of clothing I've ever spent money on. It's the Beerenberg jumper from @arthurbealeltd and I honestly couldn't have taken a better jumper to Antarctica, Elephant Island, South Georgia & the Falklands.

It's oiled wool, so naturally sheds off a short shower or spray, or heavy snow in the Lemaire Channel, and will still maintain its natural warmth even when wet. There's no bleach used, no dye, it's fully biodegradable and also fire resistant. It doesn't hold sweat, and honestly it just looks really cool.

It somehow attracts penguin chicks at Port Lockroy [they may chase you]

I don't exalt the praises of many items of clothing nowadays. Everything is some kind of plastic derivative it seems, but if you're in the market for a warm jumper that makes you feel like an old school explorer, then this is the one. There are also thumb holes, it's cosy, and the sleeves are super long as well, which is always an additional bonus.

Oh, and if you are a historian who ends up standing on Elephant Island following in the footsteps of your heroes, and you need to cry, the roll neck is also sufficiently high enough that nobody will be able to tell you're sobbing unless they come and talk to you 🤫😂

I think it will live with me for a very long time, both at sea and ashore... I will likely buy it in every colour.

Probably my new favourite item of clothing.
