Britain and the Sea - A Talk by Sam Llewellyn

Sam Llewellyn is a native of the Isles of Scilly and has been messing about in boats all his life. He is the author of a dozen seagoing thrillers, including a continuation of The Riddle of the Sands,  and a columnist for (among other organs) Practical Boat Owner magazine and the RYA. He is also the inventor and editor of the Marine Quarterly (’the thinking sailor’s sea journal’ - Tom Cunliffe) whose aim is to take the Caravan Club out of yachting, and to remind the inhabitants of Britain and Ireland that we live on an island, and that the sea is an important part of our lives.
